Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. 

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During launches, special events, holidays, or convention season, processing times may be extended.
  • Preorder items will ship according to the estimated preorder timeline listed on the product page.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method or at our standard shipping rates that are shared at check out.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

Please understand that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at Merchandise@SmutLovers.org

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Merchandise@SmutLovers.org within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of signed books, limited edition items, and specialty merchandise, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
